Shipping

How long until my order is dispatched?

I ship original art within 5 business days of an order being placed. Prints are made-to-order and ship within 2-3 weeks.

Shipping times may be extended in July and August if we are sailing in remote areas. Please check the site header for futher details.

Who do you ship with?

I ship with Canada Post. For orders of $100 or over, your shipment will be tracked unless this service is not offered to your country. If tracking is not available, I will refund the difference in shipping costs.

Where do you ship to?

I currently ship within Canada, and to the US, UK, most EU countries, Australia and New Zealand. If you live in a different area, please contact me for a custom shipping quote.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time will depend on the province, state or country you are living in. Orders within Canada usually take 2-7 business days, orders to the US take 2-9 business days and orders to Australia and New Zealand take 2-3 weeks. Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by events such as public holidays.

What if I need my order fast?

Contact me for expedited shipping options- I'll do my best to help. Please be aware this may involve an extra cost.

Do you offer local pickup?

I’m happy to arrange free local pick up when we’re in Victoria (usually October to May). Please select Pick Up at checkout if you would like to collect your order from downtown Victoria.

Will the colour of the art match what I see on my screen?

I do my best to ensure that photographs accurately represent the colours of the artwork. However, please be aware that your screen or monitor may show colours differently.

Can I return a painting if it doesn't suit my room after all?

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find a painting does not quite suit your space, please contact me to arrange an exchange for art of equal value, or for equivalent store credit which can be used for future purchases. The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the work.

My favourite has sold! Do you do commissions?

I am currently taking a hiatus from commissions. Please sign up for the Collector's List if you would like to know when commission slots open up again.

Will there be tax on my order?

Applicable taxes depend on your location and will be added at checkout.

I'm ordering from overseas- will I have to pay customs duty?

Duty is not usually payable on original art, but this can vary from country to country. Any duties and tariffs at customs are payable by the purchaser. Please consult your local accountant or tax professional for more information on your location.

Do you sell prints of your art?

I open the Print Shop a few times a year, with carefully curated reproductions of my paintings. To be notified when the shop next opens, please join my Collectors List or sign up to the Print Shop Waiting List

Can I request a particular painting as a print?

If there's a particular print you'd like to see in the next Print Shop opening, then you're welcome to Contact Me and let me know! I can also create a custom order for you.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I can arrange a payment plan for original art over $100. There is no extra charge for this service. Payments can be arranged at weekly, fortnightly or monthly intervals. I will ship the art when the final payment has been made. In the event you are unable to complete a payment plan, the balance is refundable, minus a 5% service charge to cover transaction fees.
